At YarnNestCraft, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
Most of our standard handmade items are ready to ship for faster delivery and are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom or personalized items may require additional preparation time before shipment. Processing times for custom orders may vary depending on the design and order details.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier service, customs processing, seasonal demand, and other factors outside our control.
For most standard orders, delivery usually takes several business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected international destinations, including the United States and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Tracking Information
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delays
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost or missing, please contact us at xbjdugu@gmail.com.
We will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier. However, YarnNestCraft is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damaged item
- clear photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
