Refund & Return Policy

At YarnNestCraft, each piece is handmade with care. We hope you love your order, but if there is ever a problem, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • in its original packaging whenever possible
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at xbjdugu@gmail.com and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are handmade, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • custom or personalized items
  • made-to-order handmade items
  • items marked as final sale
  • gift cards

Please note that small differences in shape, stitching, color tone, or detail are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started preparing or making your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If local law gives you additional rights, those rights will apply.
